Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the THOLEA WEAR website and to purchases made through the THOLEA WEAR online store. THOLEA WEAR is operated by Sakhithole Holdings in South Africa.

1. Using our website

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

2. Products and product information

We aim to display product names, descriptions, images, colours, sizes, specifications and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Products can vary slightly in appearance because of screen settings, lighting and photography.

Availability can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide the appropriate option permitted by law.

3. Prices and currency

All prices displayed on the store are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.

We take reasonable care to keep pricing accurate. If a genuine material pricing or product-information error is identified, we will take reasonable steps to contact you before fulfilment and resolve the order in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders

Before finalising an online order, you should review your products, quantities, delivery information and total amount. An order is normally submitted once you complete checkout and payment is successfully processed.

We may need to contact you if information required to fulfil your order is missing, inconsistent or cannot be verified.

5. Payment and security

Payment is handled through the payment facilities made available at checkout. You must use a valid payment method and provide accurate information required to complete the transaction.

Do not send full card details, PINs or passwords to THOLEA WEAR by email, social media or messaging services. Our customer-service communications will not ask you to disclose confidential payment credentials.

6. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, estimated timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the normal store process. Nothing in that policy or these Terms & Conditions limits a mandatory right or remedy available under South African consumer law.

8. Order cancellations and changes

Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or handed to the courier, it may no longer be possible to stop dispatch. Statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

9. Electronic transactions

We aim to provide customers with the information required for an online transaction, including product and price information, delivery arrangements, return and refund information, payment-security information and access to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights available to consumers under applicable electronic-transactions legislation.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, THOLEA WEAR branding, original text, design elements, photographs and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original materials without permission.

11. Third-party services

Our store may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, courier services, hosting and other technology providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every time.
